  • When the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no return or exchange policy.

  • All our products are non-returnable keeping hygiene/ health and personal care in mind. Replacement/ Exchange of the product will not be applicable if the product doesn’t suit, as we always recommend a patch test to be done.
  • In rare case that your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement as we do provide free of cost replacement of the product within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you.

  • We have a 7-day Replacement/ Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in it’s original packaging.

  • In case of damaged/missing product, raise a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. It is mandatory to share image of the damaged product/a complete uncut unboxing video for us to verify.

  • To initiate a replacement, you can contact us at contact@theskinjuices. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a new shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

  • We will take 3 working days to review your replacement request. After the product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item sent for replacement. As a policy, We at TSJ will replace only damaged items and provide with a replacement. Only under exceptional circumstances, refunds are made to the customers.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.

  • If your replacement is approved, we will initiate a re-shipment of the product. In case of refunds, a refund will be made to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

NOTE: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, THE SKIN JUICES will refund you the full amount.

Under what conditions can I Replace/ Exchange my product?
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
Under what conditions Replacement/ Exchange request will not be accepted?
  • Opened/used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (monocartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • Product that doesn’t fall under any conditions given above.
  • The replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 7 days from the date of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before shipment:
  • If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to our customer support team on contact@theskinjuices or chat with us.
  • Cancellation of order is also available via the orders section in the THE SKIN JUICES site.
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-working days after the cancellation request is accepted by us.
Cancellation post shipment:

Once the item has been shipped/the package has been handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
