Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-3days after the order is placed and post payment confirmation through our authorized logistics partner.

Delivery usually takes 1-7 working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery time depends upon your address and location but we do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

We aim at delivering the products to you at the earliest, the delivery may be delayed in case of force majeure events, festivals, or under circumstances which may be beyond the control of the company. In such a situation, TSJ will deliver the products to you at the earliest possible time.

In any case if the product ordered gets out of stock while in sale, then we request you to kindly allow us sometime to get it re-stocked. It may take few more days but we will try to ship your order at the earliest possible.

Our shipments go through numerous quality check processes before they leave Our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, You can request for a replacement and refund by following our Return and exchange policy.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. We are not offering Cash-On-Delivery at the moment. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
